I was asked to make a valentines card for one of my regular customers. I know he likes lavish and his partner is into swing, so she is really into Art Deco.
Valentine cards are traditionally red, I know. But The card is 8 x 8 and I didn't have A3 red card so I altered the colour on the image and made it in lilac.
I love it........................I hope he does too.

New TIDY Craftroom
I ordered some units from Ikea, I was fed up with my spare room/craftroom looking like a tip. Tony spent last saturday putting them altogether, well, just two really!!
The actual cubby holes are 19" square so they will take an A4 sized box quite easily.
I have a separate 15 drawer filing cabinet with all my card and paper in.
Hopefully it will stay this way now, TIDY!!

A special card for a very special lady
It's my mother in law's birthday in February and she will be 90. She is absolutely marvellous, still as bright as a button, though her knees let her down now and again.
I wanted to make her something special........................and I've been working on this all day!!! I am really pleased with it.
I wish I could say the same for the Art Deco cd that popped through my door this morning. There are some lovely images on there, but they only seem to cater for A5 cards. I found the graphics hard to see too, especially when you were printing the verse....................There was no way you could check your spelling as the graphics were toooo small.
I tried opening it up in GCF................fine..... but the insert section wouldn't open in there. So I think the easiest thing to do is make my own inserts in GCF with the backing papers on the Art Deco cd

Just a few cards to upload. Two for a new baby that was born Christmas day. He was just over 2lbs in weight. he is over three weeks old now and doing well, so I thought it safe to make a card of congratulations to his parents!
The other three are for birthdays coming up. I have to do two mens cards..............but as usual I am putting that off, I have three sets of nesties to be delivered soon so I just might wait until they arrive and have a go with them!

New Cards
Due to Crafty Betsy stealing peoples work and claimimg it as her own, I've been forced to watermark all of my cards. I wish I knew how to replace all of the cards on here with watermarked cards. perhaps someone who knows will read this and let me know................
Anyways...........two cards for my friend Joyce to send to her Grand and Great Grand-daughters
