A labour of Love?

I saw a similar card made by a friend, Pippa, on the Craftersreunited forum. I needed to have a go, but my goodness what a lot of work! Each square needs to be spot on measurement wise, otherwise it throws the whole pattern out. This is not perfect, but you have to look pretty closely to see the flaws.
