Saturday is here again!

This week at LIM it is a one layer card, with little or no embellishments. The subect is "something with legs". As I have chosen to do Christmas cards again I chose two digi images from Sassy Cheryl, and coloured them with promarkers. The reason I do two at a time, is I make most of my Christmas cards A6 and I can get two from an A4 sheet.............Waste not want not!

A labour of Love?

I saw a similar card made by a friend, Pippa, on the Craftersreunited forum. I needed to have a go, but my goodness what a lot of work! Each square needs to be spot on measurement wise, otherwise it throws the whole pattern out. This is not perfect, but you have to look pretty closely to see the flaws.

Two more towards my quest......

I've decided all my challenge cards between now and Christmas will be "Christmas Cards" it will help me make the 100 or so I have to make (and that is just for me) This weeks challenge on LIM is shades of blue which will fit in quite nicely with Christmas. Images computer generated, and because I could get two cards from a sheet of A4 I've made two, one with blue jewels and one with white!

I've set myself a new challenge

I'm hoping between now and Christmas, to make all my challenge cards "Christmas cards" This week it was quite easy as we had to keep it to one colour.....shades of blue! I don't know if I'll be able to keep it up with the other LIM challenges............I dare say they will try to stump me.

I hope this one suits the recipe this week at LIM. I think I may be doing Christmas cards for all your challenges between now and Christmas, I'ts one way of getting them all done in time!! lol

Second card for LIM this week

The second card for the LIM challenge is the same but up the other way, I buy card blanks from my local printers which are printed with a sentiment inside. It saves so much time at Christmas when you have so many card to make. So consequently most of the cards I send are A6.

I'm Late I'm late

Very late for the LIM challenge this week, nothing to do with Alice in Wonderland. lol. This week it is a sketch, and to me it crys out "Christmas Cards" So I thought I may as well make a start. I am quite pleased with the result, so I have saved the template. I may make several like or similar to this as when you have over 100 to make, the simpler the better!!
