Silver Wedding Card

I have been waiting for this corner die to come back in stock for a while. It arrived two days ago and yesterday, I had an order for a Silver Wedding Card. I couldn't wait to use it. I had it in my mind before it arrived it would look great for a wedding or anniversary card.
I also ordered the leaf die at the same time.....Both are Marianne dies.
The card is 8 x 8 which is why I have done 4 separate squares.
I love this die and the embossing is gorgeous.

The fifth male card on the trot, again the set came from The Clipart Fairy. Could be sent to any man and I think it would be well received.

Male 65th Birthday

Using the same fold as the previous card.
All I've done to make it A5 if to stretch the shaper slightly  to fit card. As usual the shaper and plate on the right hand side is from The Clipart Fairy.

John apparently collects garden thermometers hence the topper.

A New fold - For me!

I was looking for some inspiration and blog hopping, when I came across this fold. I just had to have a go!
HERE is a tutorial on how to make it. The tut uses Grand calibur dies which I don't have. BUT... I do have The clipart Fary's shapers..... lots of them.
So I adapted her shapers and her plates to make the same type of card. I hope you approve Wendy! Another way to use your shapers at your next workshop....

Just the thing for a really special card

Boy!! Have I been having problems uploading these photos. I've just updated photoscape, it must be to do with that update. I think I'll have to take it off the PC and re-install it.
I couldn't upload to the forum at all. And it took an age to upload on here too. It's telling me they are just 162 KB but chances are they are a lot larger...........Happy days!!

Anyway to the cards...........I found this gorgeous domed shaper on "The clipart fairy" site and fell in love with it. The centre is cut out and replaced with acetate.
The only downside is they need to be boxed as they will not fit into an envelope.
But for really special cards they are beautiful!!

The next two cards are also from the clipart fairy. the scalloped card is made from the rocker part of a rocker card.
The green shoe card is made pretty much as it's supposed to be made.
